I had a positive experience. Michael Sawyer was professional. When we got there he explained how everything would work and why certain things had to be done. I wasn't sure what to expect. He made the process ok. I would recommend the service. I also received a written report with the results the very next day just like he said I would. We went over the test after it was done though, so you do get immediate results. Just the written part came the next day
